2021 has been an awesome year for the crew at Cardinals Nation 24/7. The admin/moderator team has worked tirelessly in the growth of all of our social media platforms.
What started in 2016 as a Facebook fan page & group, followed by accounts on Twitter & Instagram, expanded yet again this past year with the relaunch of the Cardinals Nation 24/7 Podcast.
Hosts Jarrad Redwine, Larry Cox & myself (Chris Lollis) put out our first episode back in February, as a weekly show covering St. Louis Cardinals baseball. We covered off-season news & rumors, in-season stats, scores & stories, bonus shows covering hot topics & player analysis as well as periodic roundtable discussions with several special guests!
We hit many milestones in 2021 via the podcast. While the audio of our shows can be heard on such podcast apps such as Anchor, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Radio Public, Stitcher, Breaker, Overcast, Castbox & Pocket Casts, the video version that we put out on our YouTube channel is the most preferred way we’ve suggested St. Louis Cardinals fans find our shows.
Not only do you get to put faces to the voices, but it helps us reach a larger audience of fans as well as give you the ability to get to know us a little bit outside of our roles as page admin.
We try to add humor, and put a unique spin from a fan perspective on all things Cardinals and interact & engage with viewers both on/off air.
We’ve done special giveaways for subscribers this season including a Bob Gibson statue, Nolan Gorman bobblehead & t-shirts. It generated a nice buzz and because of our amazing audience who tuned in each week, we hit the 1,000 subscriber mark earlier this season.
